RESTAT - REcognition of Skills to Transform Accessible Tourism

The most expected impact of the project is to generate a positive effect on qualifying "human capital" in the tourism sector in general and in Social Accessible Tourism in particular. RESTAT, provide a centralized action, people centred, that offer the necessary knowledge, competences and skills to cope with diverse situations and customer needs. With greater confidence, current and future tourism professionals will be able to handle situations, which could otherwise be seen as difficult, or threatening.
