Life Skills for Employability in the Age of Digitalization
The LEAD (Life Skills for Employability in the Age of Digitalization) project aims to bridge the gap between higher education and labour market needs by strengthening students’ soft and digital skills. In response to rapid technological change and the demands of the AI-driven economy, LEAD modernizes curricula, enhances teaching methodologies, and promotes student-centred learning across partner institutions. The project focuses on Generation Z learners, integrating innovative digital tools, micro-credentials, and work-based learning opportunities. Through international cooperation and capacity building, LEAD empowers higher education institutions to deliver inclusive, future-oriented education and improve graduates’ employability and adaptability in a rapidly evolving job market.
