Building the capacity of Culinary VET in Ukraine for a resilient growth
The Cooking Resilience project aims to strengthen the capacity of culinary vocational education and training (VET) in Ukraine as a driver of resilience, inclusion, and economic recovery. The project focuses on upskilling VET teachers and trainers, modernising curricula, and fostering collaboration between education providers and labour market stakeholders. By building networks between Ukrainian and European institutions, the project supports the development of high-quality, inclusive, and labour-market-oriented VET systems. It also promotes apprenticeships and employment opportunities, ensuring that learners acquire relevant skills for current and future workforce demands in the culinary sector.
