With the e-RES project (Creation of E-Guidance via an Innovative Set of Toolkit for Professional Know-How Enhancement at VET), we aim to develop an innovative digital training set in the field of VET (Vocational Education and Training) by using up-to-date ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) to enhance vocational knowledge and skills through innovative teaching and training methodologies and approaches.

Through this, we seek to increase the work motivation of VET components, enable them to positively guide themselves in their professional development, and enhance the attractiveness of VET by helping participants put the knowledge and skills they acquire into practice—thereby contributing added value to both the EU and Turkish economies.
