Frequently Asked Questions

It is not possible to apply for the programme as an individual. Only the following kind of Institutions are able to apply: School Education, Vocational Education and Training, Higher Education, Adult Education).

The courses take place at ECTE Training Center, located at Papanastasiou 3 Str., Rethymno, Greece (see exact location on Google Maps) ECTE offices are located at the city center of Rethymnon packed with hotels, cafes and restaurants.

All the training programmes last 5 or 6 days (travel to and from the destination: 2 days, education & visits: 5 days). However, there are programmes that have a duration of two weeks.
ECTE Certificate of Attendance and Europass Certificate are issued in collaboration with the sending institute.
Accommodation can be arranged by ECTE in city center hotels close to ECTE premises and Rethymno beach. However, you can make bookings directly to the hotel or AirBnB or through booking sites like Booking.com, TripAdvisor, Expedia, Trivago etc.
Transfer to and from the airport can be provided upon request.Coach connections though are frequent.
